Man scent to court over perfume raid
Perfume worth £ 3000 was stolen during a High Street heist.
The Ayr branch of Superdrug was broken into in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Staff were alerted when the store alarms were set off at 4am. Workers arrived on the scene and said bottles of their leading perfumes had been taken.
A 28- year- old man was arrested following police enquiries and was due to appear in Ayr Sheriff Court on Monday.
