Coining in for youth projects
Bag packers have coined in thousands of pounds to continue much loved youth work in 2019.
Girvan Youth Trust took to Asda to help pack bags and raise funds to continue their projects this year.
And the team raised a whopping £ 2,653.08 Volunteers, parents, youngsters and supporters gave up their time over the festive period to bag- pack at the store for four days.
Looking back on last year’s efforts, 2018 marked a special year for GYT as they celebrated 25 years of local youth work. GYT also bagged a top title at the Cream of Ayrshire Awards as their Music On The Prom project won the ‘ Contribution to the Community’ Award.
