Raw nature

Ayrshire Post - - Ayrshire Life -

Ayr Photographic Society’s latest camera competition was all about the wildlife.

And some exotic stuff at that. From little to large, dangerous to harmless, it was all captured by the lens of Ayr members.

This was the society’s third league competition of the season, says the club’s Forrest Weir. .

It was entitled ‘ The Natural World’ and was judged by Gordon Rae of Dumfries Camera Club and a renowned wildlife photographer.

Wildlife and landscapes were acceptable but some strict rules applied to fit in with the Scottish Photographic Federation rules on nature photography.
