Racist remarks

A repeat offending pensioner shouted racial remarks towards a man.

Alexander Baird, 69, of Glenlamont, Cumnock shouted and swore at William Waugh on March 21 and acted in a racially aggravated manner by shouting racial remarks at him on April 23.

The diet was adjourned until next week as Baird has other matters calling.
