Changing commerce

The Grants fruit and veg shop and the opticians are the only two that remain in this section of Prestwick Main Street. The Grants flower shop on the left is now the Ayrshire Hospice shop and Monets the pub, Whiteside Travel and Gateway are long gone.

And now of course the building on the far right is now demolished for a dozen flats.
