OAP denies horse danger
A 66- year- old man denies driving dangerously close to horses in an attempt to get them to move off the road.
David Caldwell, of Cockhill Farm in Dundonald, faces charges of driving dangerously by repeatedly sounding the horn at horses – one which was then being ridden by a 12- year- old girl.
The alleged offence is said to have occurred on October 10, 2018 at the North access road to Cockhill Farm, Dundonald.
Caldwell denies all charges against him. The case was continued to trial.
