Family’s anguish at thug’s threats

A family afternoon of su sunshine in the back garden w was wrecked when a man ca came in demanding money.

Shaun McKee threatened to smash up the house if he wasn’t given cash.

McKee appeared from cu custody at Ayr Sheriff Court on Wednesday, September 18 18.

He admitted behaving i inn a threatening or ab abusive manner in th that he repeatedly shouted, swore and uttered threats of violence in Jean Armour Drive, Mauchline, on August 8.

The 26- year- old also admitted breaching his bail conditions.

McKee, of Elizabeth Crecscent , Cumnock, was handed a community payback order consisting of 18 months supervision and he must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the community within the next nine months.
