Charlotte Young takes the honours with her fine filly at the Foal Show
The Kilmarnock Foal Show Society’s Annual Show of Clydesdales was held on Saturday October 19 at Ayr Auction Market, writes Mary Hunter.
The Committee is indebted to Messrs. Craig Wilson Ltd. for the use of the market, allowing the Show to be held indoors.
Judges for this year’s Show were Mr. Jim Greenhill, Upper Tulloes, Forfar and Capt. Jim Anderson, West Glen Farm, Kilmacolm. The Umpire was Sandra Henderson, Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland and she judged the Best Shown Foal.
The Supreme Championship was awarded to Miss Charlotte Young, Hall Stud, By Ayr with her Junior Filly Foal; while the Reserve Supreme Championship was won by John & Margaret McIntyre of Stewarton. The full results:
