Company in turmoil after split
Furious flat owners have hit the roof after problems at a major property management firm.
Seafront blocks and a retirement complex in Ayr are among those out of pocket.
They claim general repairs including gardening and communal building work were not being looked after properly by Donald Ross Residential Factoring. And the anger follows the marital split of company kingpins Jacqueline and Steven Miller.

Jacqueline, 50, had been a director of the firm since 2017 but resigned on March 24.
Steven, 48, became a director on the same day.
According to Companies House documents, secretary Fraser Stewart also resigned.
Stewart is a co- director of the Donald Ross estate agency in Ayr, a separate company.
But he has also recently set up his own factoring firm, Dundonaldbased M& S Property Management ( Ayrshire.)
John Murray was brought in as a director of Donald Ross Residential Factoring as recently as March, but then resigned last month.
Jacqueline remains a director of the Donald Ross estate agency in Beresford Terrace, Ayr.
Ex- car dealer Steven quit as a director of this company in January last year.
