Estate agent hails new brand concept for spike in business

-

An estate agent has seen interest in business soar – thanks in part to new digital branding outside its premises.

Donald Ross Residential has turned its TV display screens into a ‘connected advertising network’ thanks to new software on site.

Nomadix Halo, the firm behind the digital signage software, has been helping to draw in the crowds.

The software uses a cloud-based content management system for screens anywhere and has been developed by Glasgow-headquartered marketing technology specialist Nomadix Media.

Fraser Stewart, a Director of Donald Ross Residential, said: “When it is linked to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Nomadix Halo software displays all our properties for sale 24/7, on our premium state of the art screens.

“We are using Halo in all of our branches across Ayrshire and found it exceptionally easy to use, you simply plug and play.

“It is also a time saver as there is no need to constantly update our window card display.

“And I can say, in the 15 years I have been in this sector, I have never seen so many people stopping to look at our shop window and, judging from their comments, loving what they see.

“We asked Nomadix to supply a number of cutting edge ultra-bright screens in the windows of our Irvine and Ayr branches including a huge 65” sunlight readable screen, which makes us unmissable. So far we have the edge on our competitors because no one else is using digital signage that integrates flawlessly with the likes of Expert Agent.

“We are starting to see the results in significantly higher property enquiries.

“I have no doubt that this will turn into more sales, reduced print costs and increased profits for the company.

“Nomadix Halo is a tremendous investment in the future of our business.”

The system has been developed by Mark Evans, founder and sole owner of Nomadix Media, whose range of products also includes iWalker and iProjector systems used by media heavyweights including CCUK and Chanel.

He said: “Halo is designed for estate agents like Donald Ross Residential, allowing them to quickly reduce costs and increase enquiries.

“We can see huge opportunities for Halo powered screens that could drive fresh marketing revenue streams from clients, whilst making agents’ windows work harder, even when the business is closed.

“Halo has been instrumental in keeping customers safe and informed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic across many industries”.

Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, Nomadix Media specialises in making technology relevant as a marketing tool.

The business evolved out of the Kommando agency, with Nomadix Media formally established in 2012.
