Shopfront grants are available

Maybole Regeneration has announced that grants are now available to improve the appearance of shopfronts and commercial premises within the town centre.

These grants are funded by South Ayrshire Council via the Scottish Government and therefore not subject to the same conditions as the Historic Environment Scotland (HES) and Heritage Lottery (NL) funded small grants scheme.

A spokesperson said:“If you have previously not been eligible under our small grants shopfront scheme then we encourage you to get in touch and apply. Note that you cannot access this funding in addition to our HES/HF small grants scheme.”

Please note, that maximum grants of £3000 are available on a first come first served basis.
