Former PM’s visit

Winston Churchill visits his former regiment in Ayr in 1947. Churchill , who commanded the 6th Battalion, Royal Scots Fusilier in the First World Ward returned to the Auld Toun to receive the Freedom of Ayr from Provost Thomas Murray, and here he inspects an RSF guard of honour.
