Ayr Ladies found it hard going at Lanarkshire on Saturday with a heavy defeat.

They now travel to Galleon this Saturday which then concludes the league for this season.

In the Team Championship at Auchinleck on Sunday, Ardrossan also proved too strong for the Ayr team, losing out 8-0

This Saturday sees the Gents compete in a postponed Scottish Cup tie against West Lothian.

Jim Jess, Jim Bremner, Sandy Wyllie and Hugh Brown compete in the Scottish Senior Rinks semi-final at Stirling at 2pm against Midlothian with the then finalists playing on the Sunday at 2pm.
