An evening with the boss

Ayr fans will be given the chance to rub shoulders with their new boss at a special event this week.

‘An Evening With Lee Bullen’will see United’s head coach involved in a night of conversati­on at the Somerset Hub.

The new Cameron’s Bar facility will host the evening tomorrow night (Thursday).

The sold out event will also see Bullen take questions from fans.

United commercial manager, Martin Tocker, revealed:“We’re keen to start hosting a number of social events in Cameron’s and this is a great way to kick off.

“It is the first event of its kind and was offered up free of charge to season ticket holders.

“Moving forward, we’ll be looking to host a number of similar nights that will bring in revenue for the club and tickets for these will be available on general sale to supporters.”

The evening kicks off at 7pm with doors open from 6pm.

Pies will be on sale during the interval. •The club will also launch a Sunday Poker league in Cameron’s this weekend. Weekly cash prizes will be up for grabs. A quiz night is set to launch next Friday, with PA announcer Scott Kirkpatric­k firing the questions.
