Cycle ride series for women only
The Active Travel Hub Ayr has launched a new ride series starting soon for women only.
The series is designed for women who are new, or returning to riding and would like to gain some confidence in a super friendly, fun, female only environment.
A spokesperson said:“These rides will be short distances and are aimed at those who are looking to build up their skills and fitness, to get them started on the road to enjoying cycling more.
And they added:“Led by skilled female ride leaders, each ride will be a little different, exploring a new route or focusing on a new skill to build your confidence.”
These sessions will be starting at the end of March or starting early April.
