The Scottish Agricultural College has announced that it intends to hold a special three-day course in Ayrshire to give would-be students an insight into the poultry industry next month.

The sector has, like rest of agriculture, been hit with a skills shortage. However, the event hopes to address these gaps in the sector by encouraging more people into it. The event will run at Auchincruive , from April 7 to April 9.
