Ayr Racecourse has teamed up with Ayr United to offer fans attending the Ayrshire derby the chance to save £10 each on up to two tickets for the Virgin Bet Raceday at the track on Saturday, March 12.

With the football taking place on Friday night because of television coverage it provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Ayr – Killie clash and then go racing the following day for only £15.

The cost of single enclosure entry is normally £25 so everyone buying a match ticket is entitled to two tickets at £15 each for a day’s racing that features seven races with the feature being the Virgin Bet Handicap Hurdle for the Craigie Cup over a distance of two miles three and a half furlongs.
