Hundreds of votes were cast for our inaugural competition, highlighting the importance of a good local to our readers and communities.

And our secret reviewers have been dispatched to sample the delights that each of the finalists has to offer - whether that’s down to drink selection, food or entertainment.

And having submitted their comprehensive reviews of the leading favourites we can now reveal your top 10 favourite boozers.
