Jazz Club swings back into town

Ayr Jazz Club returns on Friday with three hours of smooth blues to entertain music lovers.

They will welcome back internationally renowned musician Martin Bennett and his Old Green River Band on Friday, April 22 at Ayr’s Fairfield Hotel.

The Old Green River Band is fronted by Stan Williams on trumpet, new boy Liam Byrne from North Wales on reeds, Howard Worthington on bass, Bill Buck on drums and Martin on keyboard and vocals. The event kicks off at 7.30pm 10.30pm, with tickets (£10pp) available at the door.
