MAKING THE TRANSITION AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE
BT customer, 62-year-old Judith recently made the move to Digital Voice.
After receiving a letter from BT, as well as an information leaflet telling her what the change would involve, Judith started to research the move to Digital Voice services for herself.
Judith said: “I called BT and they were happy to answer my questions and to explain the process to me. I needed an adaptor, which they sent out to me within 48 hours and they provided me with clear instructions.
“Making any move from what you are used to can be stressful but BT made it very easy and they followed up with a call from a staff member called Manny who made sure I was connected to the new service and knew how to use it.”
“The whole process was very straightforward and I appreciated the aftercare call from BT.”
