MAKING THE TRANSITION AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE

BT customer, 62-year-old Judith recently made the move to Digital Voice.

After receiving a letter from BT, as well as an informatio­n leaflet telling her what the change would involve, Judith started to research the move to Digital Voice services for herself.

Judith said: “I called BT and they were happy to answer my questions and to explain the process to me. I needed an adaptor, which they sent out to me within 48 hours and they provided me with clear instructio­ns.

“Making any move from what you are used to can be stressful but BT made it very easy and they followed up with a call from a staff member called Manny who made sure I was connected to the new service and knew how to use it.”

“The whole process was very straightfo­rward and I appreciate­d the aftercare call from BT.”
