Eggcellent fun had by all

An egg-ceptional time was had by all who attended Dalmellington Community Association’s Easter Eggstravaganza.

The community centre was packed out as families and residents flocked to enjoy the fun-filled day.

Youngsters got crafty as they designed Easter bonnets and decorated hard boiled eggs.

There was soft play, a petting zoo provided by Bunny Luv, and even a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny himself.

Callum Milligan and Kiera McMillan won ‘Best Decorated Boiled Eggs’ for their creative designs.

And ‘Best Easter Bonnets’ were scooped by Harris Lees, with his Easter themed straw hat creation, and Tegan Agnew with her knockout helter skelter design.

Claire Burden, CEO of NHS Ayrshire & Arran, judged the competitions and presented the children with their prizes.

Winners of the raffle were Barbara Lees and Connor Weir.

And thanks to donations from Vattenfall’s South Kyle Wind Farm, 125 children got to take home an Easter Egg.
