Burns Statue Square in 1975, with a much more manicured look, and people enjoying the summer sun.

This photo is from a reader’s table mat, and it’s very evocative of the 70s, with double decker buses, and mostly British-made cars – Minis, Maxis, Cortinas, Escorts, Avengers etc.
