Lecturer picksup accolade
An Ayrshire College lecturer has been recognised for helping his students realise their creative podcasting potential.
Music, Peformance and Media lecturer John McBlain, from Cumnock, has been named College Enterprise Champion at the Bridge 2 Business Enterprise Awards.
This is the second consecutive year John has been recognised by Bridge 2 Business, winning last year’s Further Education College Enterprise Educator award.
John thanked those who nominated and added: “I’m just a musician coming in and sharing practice with my students and doing what I do, and if that’s inspiring other people to do great things then fantastic.”
