ROYAL NAVAL ASSOCIATIO­N: (Anglesey Branch). 2015 AGM will take place at the Holyhead Sailing Club, Newry Beach Road, Holyhead on Wednesday February 17 and will commence at 7.30pm. FREE ENERGY SAVING ADVICE: Holyhead residents will be able to save money on their energy bills and keep warm this winter with help from the Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest scheme. The Nest team is working in partnershi­p with Môn Communitie­s First and will be at their Market Street offices throughout February to help local residents reduce the cost of their energy bills. The team will be available each Friday in February (5, 12, 19 and 26) between 10am and 3pm. CANCER SUPPORT: Holyhead Cancer Support Group is a registered charity set up to offer support to those who are suffering from Cancer and are recovering from Cancer. Meetings take place at the Penucheldr­e Centre in Millbank on Wednesdays from 11am till 3.30pm and a variety of activities and therapies are offered in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Transport can be provided in the Holyhead area to bring you to and from meetings. The group currently wants more volunteers to help out at the meetings and to assist those who attend. Anne Jones has replied to most of you and is pleased to say she would like to start a new class for children up to 14 years at Canolfan Ucheldre on Thursday Feb 4 at 5.45pm.
