Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Jeff is a Qualified Instructor with the China Bridge Center and has been teaching in this area for over 20 years. BENLLECH LADIES GROUP: The first monthly social afternoon after the Summer break is on Monday, September 5, 2pm-4pm, in the Ex-Servicemen’s Hall. Fun and games, crafts, Scrabble, Rummicub - not forgetting tea and biscuits. An enjoyable afternoon for £1.50. The next monthly meeting on September 19 will be on the topic ‘Hospice at Home’.
