Another strong demonstrat­ion of community commitment is needed before detailed negotiatio­ns begin about proposed plans to protect current provision whilst adding to what is offered. The meeting will be asked to approve a constituti­on for the Friends and elect a committee with a formal mandate to carry on the steering group’s work. Everyone with an interest in keeping the town’s library open is asked to show their support. ANGLESEY ART GROUP: will hold its next meeting at The Anglesey Arms on Wed, January 18 at 7.15pm.
