BODEDERN Ath­letic main­tained top spot in Welsh Al­liance Divi­sion One fol­low­ing a fine 3-0 vic­tory at Llan­r­wst United, Ai­dan Clark, James McMin­imee and Ricky Jones with the goals.

Llangefni Town stay sec­ond, two points be­hind Boded but with two games in hand, af­ter pip­ping Llan­beris 2-1 at Lon Talwrn, Andy Sin­clair and Alan Mark Owen on tar­get.

Mynydd Llan­de­gai shared a 1-1 draw with Nantlle Vale, Craig Whe­lan net­ting for the home side.

In the Take Stock Van Hire Chal­lenge Cup, Jack Di­a­mond’s goal was enough for Pentraeth to edge out Meli­den 1-0, while Llan­ner­chymedd were beaten 2-1 by vis­i­tors Y Felinheli, Mark Jones with a penalty for the hosts.
