SEAFOOD DISCOVERY DAY
MORE than 2,000 people swarmed to Menai Bridge to celebrate the food beneath our local waters at a festival dedicated to the seafood of North Wales.
Dylan’s restaurant in Menai Bridge hosted the free Seafood Discovery Day at a nearby Porth Daniel boatyard, where there was sea shanties, cookery demonstrations, workshops, fishermen telling their tales as well as live music.
Fun was had by all from the setting overlooking the Menai Strait with mermaids, mussels and children’s entertaiment.
