TABLE TENNIS: Cemaes Bay Table Tennis Social Club is a small group, who meet on a Tuesday between 7.30pm-9.30pm at Cemaes Bay village hall. There are three tables and all equipment is provided. EXERCISE FOR LIVING: classes at Cemaes Bay Village Hall. One hour weekly classes, fun and easy to follow. Suitable for any age, improves and maintains a healthy heart, strengthen­s balance and co-ordination. Held every Monday morning at Cemaes Bay village hall between 9.45am and 10.45am. £3 per person.

STRAWBERRY TEA: in aid of the RNLI will take place on Saturday, June 15 starting at 2pm in Cemaes Bay Village Hall. Entrance inclusive of Strawberri­es/ cream/ scone tea or coffee will be £3. Accompanie­d children £1.50 Raffle, Bruce a Brac cakes and RNLI souvenirs will be on sale to raise funds for the RNLI. A warm welcome to all.

CEMAES BAY HISTORY GROUP: The next meeting of the group will be held at the David Hughes Village Hall at 7.30pm on June 14 when the speaker on the night. Helen Grove-White will give a talk entitled ‘From Wylfa to Fukushima, an artist in Japan’. Admission £3. Everyone welcome 10.30am in Yr Hen Fecws/The old Bakehouse. Sgwrs a phanad. RIDING FOR THE DISABLED: Volunteers are needed at Anglesey Riding for the Disabled at the Wednesday morning riding sessions between 9.30 and 1.30pm at Anglesey Riding Centre in Dwyran. Volunteers are also wanted at the new carriage driving sessions on Tuesdays between 10am and 2pm at City Dulas. Travel costs will be paid. This is a real opportunit­y to make a difference to people’s lives and you will be made welcome when you join the existing friendly teams. PHYSICALLY DISABLED: Meets in Kingsland Community Centre, opposite Kingsland Primary School. It invites anyone with a disability to join. On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 2.30-4.30pm. PARKINSON’S: Join Holyhead and District Parkinsons Support Group for laughter and chats at Boston Centre Stage, Boston St: 2pm-4pm; every 3rd Thursday in the month; easy access from nearby car park. The June 20 date, is the Summer Outing. July and August - no meeting. The Support Group meet as usual for the rest of the year: Sept 19, Oct 17, Nov 21, Dec 19 will be the Christmas Lunch. New members and carers always welcome. Small, friendly group provides tea or coffee and cake, as well as informatio­n on how to manage your condition. HOLYHEAD CANCER SUPPORT GROUP: Is a registered charity set up to offer support to those who are suffering or recovering from Cancer. Meetings take place at the Penucheldr­e Centre in Millbank in Holyhead on Weds, 11am-3.30pm. Variety of activities and therapies are offered in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Transport can be arranged to bring people to and from the venue by prior arrangemen­t. The group has outings to places of interest during the spring and summer.
