Call to find Rolex in fresh appeal over assault

POLICE have issued a fresh appeal for informatio­n following an attack on the son of Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star Paddy Doherty.

Officers are continuing to investigat­e an incident which happened outside the Market Vaults Pub in Llangefni, Anglesey, back in August which left Paddy Doherty’s son with a bleed on the brain.

Two men were previously arrested in connection with the incident before being released on bail.

In a fresh appeal released on Thursday, North Wales Police said: “At approximat­ely 9.30pm on Saturday the 22nd of August 2020 an incident took place outside the Market Hotel, Bulkeley Square, Llangefni whereby a male was seriously assaulted.

“During the incident the victim’s gold Rolex watch is believed to have been taken sion.”

Investigat­ing officer PC Griffiths said: “This is a renewed appeal for informatio­n.

“If anyone has any informatio­n surroundin­g this incident, were present at the Market Hotel or knows about the whereabout­s of the [pictured] watch please contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting the reference number Y123509, or webchat.”

Back in 37-year-old 22-year-old arrested in with the before being bail.

Mr Doherty’s son was rushed to hospital in Stoke, where it was found that he had suffered bleeding on the brain in three places.
