LYNNE HYLAND AND ZOE CRIPPS GO FOR THE GLOW WITH HIGHLIGHTERS
DIOR BACKSTAGE GLOW FACE PALETTE
£36, John Lewis ★★★★★ A RUNWAYINSPIRED palette in a choice of three golden shades to suit different skin tones. LYNNE says: The powders are very wearable so you don’t feel everyone will see the highlighter before they see your actual skin. The effect is grown-up glam rather than spangly Instagram make-up, but it builds nicely if you want a more intense effect, which I liked for sweeping on eyelids.
RMS BEAUTY MASTER RADIANCE BASE
£28.50, SpaceNK ★★★★★ THIS comes in two shade choices – a Rich In Radiance rose gold or a Deep In Radiance auburn.
ZOE says: The Rich In Radiance shade was perfect for my skin tone and lovely to use. The creamy texture blends easily over foundation and gives the perfect subtle highlight to cheekbones.
MORPHE MADISON BEER SHIMMERING HIGHLIGHTER
£16, uk.morphe.com ★★★★ CHOOSE from gold and rose gold. Both have shimmering liquid formulas that can be worn alone or mixed into foundation. ZOE says: Both shades are punchier in colour than they look in the tube, so a little bit goes a long way. I like the thin tip of the applicator tube as it’s easy to create a couple of dots along my cheekbones for a pretty effect.
CATRICE MORE THAN GLOW HIGHLIGHTER
£3.99, justmylook.com ★★★ THIS comes in three colours – a champagne, a rose and a subtle gold – and all have a metallic shimmery effect. ZOE says: These transfer very easily onto the skin and it doesn’t take much of the powder to give a highlighted effect. I don’t love the metallic finish but I took a photo wearing the champagne shade Ultimate Platinum Glaze and my cheekbones admittedly did look sharp.
