“I’ve suffered with anxiety and depression from an early age, and to help look after my mental
health I’ve explored a wide range of tools and techniques – from mindfulness, running and reading to yoga, boxing and “cold therapy” (that didn’t last long!). Some things work, some don’t. The point is to be open to anything that might help you.
