BARNSLEY sportspeople have been regulars on the medal podium at the Commonwealth Games this week – with more success potentially to come over the weekend.
Lachlan Moorhead, from Penistone, won gold in the 81kg judo event then Hollie Naughton, who represents Canada but is from Cudworth originally, took silver in the squash women’s singles.
Cricketer Katherine Brunt and table tennis star Sue Bailey are into their semi-finals.
