Fun day in Jeff’s memory arranged

A FUN day in memory of a local man will be held later this month to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Jeff Hooson, of Athersley North, was 54 and died in May, leaving behind his partner Joanne and daughter Emily and Chloe.

A Rising Stars fun day will take place at Worsbrough Common Primary School from 10am to 1pm.

There will be a live raffle, stalls and a penalty shoot out – as well as other activities.
