-

THE United for Ukraine fundraising event raised more than £700.

Oliver Harris and his band performed their Roy Orbison Experience Show and the High Sheriff of South Yorkshire, Mac McPherson and his wife Chris attended as special guests at the Holiday Inn.

Community Consultant, Kathy Markwick, said:

“It was a pleasure to have the High Sheriff of South Yorkshire attend the event, as well as his wife, Chris.

“This event would not have been possible without kind sponsorship via the hotel, Stainborough Rotary Club, GXO, Visiting Angels South Yorkshire, Yellow T Shirt Brigade and Music Makes Memories.

“Myself and Ann (General Manager of the Holiday Inn) are extremely grateful to everyone who supported the event.”
