Consultation starts

A CONSULTATION has started on plans to introduce parking charges at Langsett Barn.

Miriam Cates, MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge, slammed plans last week – saying they will have a ‘detrimental impact’ on the local community.

The plans for two payment machines and an ANPR camera were submitted to the council earlier this week.

Consultation ends on August 23.
