PLANNING permission is being sought to bring a house of multiple occupation to Thurnscoe.

The property, situated on High Street, is currently used as an office – but if plans are approved it will become a five-bed HMO.

A total of 13 neighbours have been made aware of the application with no appeals to date. Public consultation ends on September 1.
