Probably the worst day in an excellent season overall for Daniel Stendel’s promotion-bound Barnsley. They fell out of the top six after this dismal performance and defeat, which some fans missed some of after a bus broke down.

Reds 2, Chairboys 1 – February 16, 2019

Cauley Woodrow put the hosts 2-0 up, scoring an early penalty after a foul on Mike Bahre then netted again after the break. Adam El-Abd was sent off late on after a clash with Cameron McGeehan then the visitors pulled one back through a Joe Jacobson penalty after a controversial decision against Ethan Pinnock.

Reds 2, Chairboys 1 – December 9, 2020

Callum Styles opened the scoring after half an hour.

Aapo Halme conceded a penalty just after the interval, appearing to be outside the area when he made contact with Garath McCleary. But also McCleary conceded a penalty, tripping up Luke Thomas and Cauley Woodrow scored the winner from the spot.

Chairboys 1, Reds 3 – March 17, 2021

Barnsley collected a ninth win from ten Championship games and moved up to fifth. Cauley Woodrow netted a penalty on the stroke of half-time after a foul on Michal Helik then Daryl Dike struck twice after the break, either side of a red card for Alex Mowatt which was later rescinded. The hosts pulled one back late on.
