Off-roaders being tackled

POLICE are working to fight against off-road bikers in Goldthorpe.

Recently, the police have received numerous reports of the crime in and around Leadley Street and Railway View. In response to the reports, South Yorkshire Police have placed signs

Leaflets have also been distributed to those in the community, and further operations are continuing.

TEAM England were the big winners in this year’s Youth Triple Crown event held at Barnsley Bowl. Taking place over last weekend, some of the country’s up and coming bowling stars travelled to Barnsley to showcase their skills.
