A thanks to all the ‘very good’ NHS staff

My husband, Albert Bishop, died in Barnsley Hospital of lung cancer, on August 10.

I would like to thank everybody who had anything to do with his care.

Every department we went to in the hospital or his GP, and the St John’s Ambulance team were very good.

My family and Albert’s family were with me all the way, and I’m very grateful for their support.

The neighbours have been so good, and I don’t know what I’d have done without them.

At Albert’s funeral we had a donation box for Barnsley Hospital, and managed to collect £120.
