HMO turned down

PLANS to use a town centre property as a house of multiple occupation have been refused.

An application was originally submitted in July to turn a property on Beckett Street into a HMO.

These plans were turned down by the council’s planning board earlier this week. The reason for refusal was the information handed to them was not satisfactory.
