Extension plans

PLANS to demolish a coal shed and replace it with an extension to a Barugh Green property have been submitted to the council.

If planning permission is granted, the shed and an existing outhouse will make way for the construction of a two-storey side extension, on St Austell Drive.

A total of 11 neighbours have been made aware of the application with no appeals to date.

Public consultation ends on October 19.
