Queen’s award won by Wath firm

A WATH-BASED hair growth company has been presented with a Queen’s Award for internatio­nal trade.

Staff at Watermans welcomed Lord Lieutenant

Dame Hilary to its headquarte­rs to celebrate receiving the award. Won in April, the award is the highest UK business award a firm can achieve.

Founders Matt and Gail Waterman said: “We are very proud of this achievemen­t – the business has been running for over ten years and to receive this award on our 10th anniversar­y is a huge accomplish­ment for the brand.

“The award speaks for itself and our triumph, we are delighted to have everyone together to mark this special occasion.”

Dame Hilary added: “It’s incredible to meet the team here at Watermans and present them this prestigiou­s award.”
