Trial set over vehicle offences
A BARNSLEY teen appeared before court charged with vehicle crime offences.
On Tuesday, October 18, officers arrested 18-year-old Matthew Taylor, of Old Town, in connection with a series of reported thefts in the district.
Taylor appeared before Barnsley Magistrates’ Court earlier this week charged with three counts of handling stolen goods in relation to stolen vehicles, three counts of driving while disqualified and three counts of driving without insurance and making off without payments.
He has been remanded into police custody to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on November 23.
