Veterans sought to fill in MP’s survey

BARNSLEY MP Stephanie Peacock has launched a survey for veterans following concerns about how they’re treated.

She received reports about how Veterans UK works and, alongside her co-chairs of the All Party Parliamentary Group, she has launched a survey to ‘get to the bottom of it’.

Stephanie, who represents the Barnsley East constituency, said: “Figures from the Ministry of Defence show that over half of veterans would rate their experience of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme as one out of ten.

“We launched a survey for those affected to share their experiences of the compensation scheme.”
