TIDY TEAM:

Volunteers undertook work this week to clear up the Turn Table in Penistone. Located next to the Trans Pennine Trail, the volunteers from Twiggs Penistone Area Clean Green and Tidy Team, in support of the Penistone Archive History Group, cleared tree roots, overgrown grass and litter. A spokesperson said: “Upon completion of the session we utilised the soil by using it to level out the ground.”
