Grave tampering
A BARNSLEY man charged with interfering with a grave in Carlton Cemetery earlier this year has seen his case sent to crown court.
Wayne Joselyn, 43, is alleged to have disturbed Ethel Goodwin’s grave in April.
Earlier this week, he appeared at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court charged with the unlawful removal of a body from a burial ground and outraging public decency.
Joselyn will appear at Sheffield Crown Court on December 16.
