Change of use for holiday rentals

PLANS to change the use of a residential property in Elsecar so it can be rented on sites such as Air BnB have been submitted to the council.

If approved, the property on Wath Road will be rented out on shortterm let, and new CCTV cameras will be installed.

A total of 11 neighbours have been made aware of the application with no appeals to date.

Public consultation ends on November 30.
