The third of five straight Barnsley wins at London Road. Michael Chopra opened the scoring with a penalty won by Simon Johnson. The hosts levelled but Barnsley substitute Danny Nardiello scored in the 89th minute and Chris Shuker in the 90th for caretaker Andy Ritchie’s side.

Devante Cole put Danny Wilson’s Barnsley in front but Conor Washington levelled on the stroke of half-time due to a Ryan Williams error. Marcus Maddison got the winner from a free-kick before James Bailey was sent off.
