ocated on the upper slopes of Bath in Lansdown, with sweeping views over the lush Somerset countryside, Lansdown Square West is a collection of premium residences finished in locally-sourced Bath stone.

A modern interpretation of a classic Bath residence, the houses present the finest contemporary design, considered proportions and exemplary finishes in the form of four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom villas.

The area consists of three types of residencies –The Townhouse, The Belvedere and The Hopton.

There are 10 Townhouses which are four-bed properties with terraces, gardens and integral garages. Each of the light and spacious houses are three storeys high with a gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining, living area on the ground floor and additional living room on the second floor. The first floor terrace is accessed from the master bedroom suite and first floor living room.

There are two Belvedere properties situated opposite each other in the area. These are five-bedroom houses consisting of large kitchen/dining room, additional separate dining room and two living rooms. The master bedroom suite has its own dressing area and en-suite with exclusive access to the first floor terrace. There is also a double garage.

There is only one of The Hopton properties and it is the largest on the development. The five-bedroom house with a triple volume entrance hall, large kitchen/dining room, additional separate dining room and two living rooms. Similar to The Belvedere the master bedroom suite has its own dressing area and en-suite with exclusive access to the first floor terrace.

All the kitchens are fitted with high quality modern Italian kitchens with handleless matt finish doors and Caesarstone worktops and full range of integrated Siemens appliances, including electric ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. They also have those extra little luxuries such as a wine chiller and instant boiling water tap.

The bathrooms across all properties are fitted with contemporary white suites and limestone flooring. The soft close elements and vanity tops are paired with bespoke joinery and chrome finishings that give that extra luxurious feel.

There are utility rooms across the properties which come fitted with a Bosch washing machine and tumble drier. They also have white contemporary units with Quartz stone worktops an under mounted stainlesssteel basin with tap.

The leafy Bath suburb of Lansdown offers the perfect blend of city and country. As one of the main routes into the city of Bath, the tree-lined approach is steeped in history as the site of the Battle of Lansdowne in 1643 and Beckford’s Tower and Museum.

There is no shortage of leisure and sporting activities, with Lansdown Racecourse, Lansdown Golf Club and Lansdown Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club all within close proximity and ample opportunities for exploring the surrounding countryside.
